瑞曼張主任受邀參加 合鳴網·組織戰略發展能力綜合分析與評估會議

　　2016年6月29日，我中心張秋雯主任受邀參加在深圳召開的合鳴網·組織戰略發展能力綜合分析與評估會議。會議邀請了張菊芳老師為合鳴網再做評估，全國20多家核心機構代表出席了本次評估會議。

　　本次會議，對機構發展做了OCA評估，并分析了機構目前的能力，針對機構現有能力對下階段的發展方向做出調整，并就此達成了下一步個成員機構的合作共識。梳理了機構未來三年的發展重點，最后，大家討論制定了機構未來一年的行動計劃，為機構指明了方向。
