聯合國秘書長呼吁確保自閉癥患者獲得必要輔助技術

      新華社聯合國4月2日電（記者林遠）聯合國秘書長古特雷斯2日表示，要確保所有自閉癥患者都能獲得必要的輔助技術，以幫助他們獨立生活和充分參與社會生活。

　　古特雷斯當天在世界提高自閉癥意識日致辭中說，輔助技術對于自閉癥患者行使基本權利至關重要，但在實際運用中仍存在重大障礙，例如成本過高、社會認可度低等。

　　古特雷斯說，他去年宣布啟動一項新戰略，以確保新興的輔助技術符合《聯合國憲章》和《殘疾人權利公約》等價值觀。他今年重申聯合國對平等、公平和包容等價值觀的承諾，并呼吁確保所有自閉癥患者都擁有幫助他們實現基本權利和自由的必要輔助技術，讓所有患者都能充分參與社會活動。

　　自閉癥是一種嚴重的精神發育障礙，主要特征是漠視情感、拒絕交流、語言發育遲滯、行為重復刻板以及活動和興趣范圍具有顯著局限性等。目前，自閉癥是世界上患病人數增長最快的病癥之一。

　　2007年12月，聯合國大會通過決議，從2008年起將每年的4月2日定為世界提高自閉癥意識日。今年的主題是“輔助技術，積極參與”。（完）
