自閉癥新藥在晚期測試中未能顯療效

制藥公司Repligen（RGEN）周一表示，晚期的臨床測試顯示，他們生產的自閉癥（孤獨癥）試驗藥品未能發揮功效。

　　這項研究對132名年齡自2歲8個月至4歲11個月之間，患有中度至重度自閉癥的兒童進行了測試。

　　該公司稱，對病情較輕的另一次級小組患者的測試結果顯示，與使用安慰劑的受試者相比，這種藥的療效，在兩項有效測量指標中的一項，顯現出明顯不同的效果。

　　Repligen指出，從次小組的測試結果發現顯示，在低認知能力的患者身上，這種名為RG1068的藥物反應可能比較難以顯現出來。
