酸性食物引發兒童孤獨癥

　　最新研究發現，兒童進食酸性食物超標，是引發孤獨癥的原因之一。因為體內的酸堿平衡被破壞，大腦發育所需要的堿性物質就會供不應求，正常的思維功能就有可能陷入一團糟，兒童會出現行為上的怪異也就不足為奇了。
　　所以，在寶寶的營養天平上，我們在這邊放多少“酸”，就得在另外一邊放多少“堿”。
 
　　當然，媽媽務必要記清哪些是酸性食物，哪些是堿性食物。酸性食物就是俗稱的三高食物：高脂肪、高糖分、高蛋白的“營養型”、“精細型”食物；而堿性食物為蔬菜、水果、雜糧。其中鉀、鈉、鈣、鋅、鎂等堿性礦物質是大腦不可或缺的物質基礎。
