聰明寶寶從爬開始

坐在地上“沉思”，肚皮貼地偷偷歇息，叼著奶嘴在原地匍匐轉圈，看著別人爬行嚎啕大哭……記者10月11日在上海國際嬰兒養護及健體益智博覽會上看到，近百名8—12個月大的嬰幼兒輪番爭奪“爬行小飛人”的頭銜。但由于缺乏訓練，大約有九成娃娃無法順利爬完3.6米的賽程。

　　專家指出，每個孩子從最初“受制于人”到后來獨立行走，中間必定經過“爬”這一不可缺少的環節。對嬰幼兒來說，爬是一種極好的全身運動，因為孩子在爬行的過程中，頭頸抬起，胸腹離地，用肢體支撐身體的重量，這就鍛煉了胸腔腹背與四肢的肌肉，并可促進骨骼的生長，為日后直立行走創造良好的基礎。

　　此外，爬行可促進嬰兒的大腦發育，開發兒童的智力潛能，對加強大腦控制眼、手或腳協調的神經發育有極大的益處。會爬的嬰兒往往動作靈活、情緒愉快、求知欲高，爬得好的走起來也好，學說話也快，認字與看圖的能力也強。兒童專家指出，3個月大的娃娃就應該開始進行初步鍛煉。
