“貴人語遲”未必是好事

　　專家提醒，七歲前無語言能力，其將不能完整發展

　　本報訊(記者陳捷)前天，首屆廣州國際孤獨癥論壇開講，來自美國、日本和國內的孤獨癥研究權威專家聚首，一同探討這個被稱為“精神領域癌癥”的難題。記者從論壇上獲悉，半個世紀以來，孤獨癥發病率有顯著上升趨勢，至2000年已經成為常見病。

　　兒童孤獨癥也稱自閉癥。北京大學醫學遺傳中心主任鐘南介紹，根據美國相關部門在2005年統計，每150名嬰兒中就有1名是孤獨癥患兒?！爸袊匈F人語遲的說法，家長以為小孩子遲一點才學會講話沒問題，其實是很不對的?！敝心洗髮W湘雅二院精神衛生研究所教授李雪榮過去30年主要從事兒童精神醫學工作，她這樣提醒說。正常兒童的心理發展有時序性，語言的發展更是如此。語言發展最重要的黃金時段為一歲半到三歲，到五歲已能掌握數千個詞，七歲口語功能已基本發育完全?！叭绻谄邭q以前沒有語言能力，那么語言能力基本上已不可能完整發展了?！?BR>
