瑞曼聯合愛心企業助星兒康復

　　為了保證自閉癥兒童的康復效果，減輕自閉癥患兒的家庭經濟負擔。經中心多方聯絡，目前已與多家愛心企業達成愛心決議，面向全國招收15名特困家庭自閉癥患兒，每月補助訓練費用1000元。

 

　　補助條件及報名需知：

　　1、年齡在2至6歲之間存在語言障礙的自閉癥患兒。

　　2、特困家庭的自閉癥患兒。

　　3、須持戶口所在地村委會或居委會開具的特困證明并加蓋公章。

　　4、須持戶口本及患兒父母的身份證復印件。

 

　　情況說明：

　　1、此活動不接受預約報名，以實際到校時間為準。

　　2、在9月10日-10月31日之間入校的特困家庭患兒。

　　3、凡符合條件者先到先訓，15個名額報滿為止。

　　4、入訓后，每月補助1000元訓練費。共計補助3個月。補助款項不做現金發放。
