自閉癥不等于認生

　　有些孩子在家挺活潑，跟爸爸媽媽、爺爺奶奶有說有笑?？梢慌龅酵馊?，便常常沉默，置之不理。為此，許多父母顯得很焦急，因為他們聽人說，孩子拒絕與外界交流是“孤獨癥”的表現，可事情是否如父母想得那樣呢？

　　兒童心理專家表示：孩子形成這種習慣的原因，與父母、老師的教育有關。不少孩子從懂事開始，父母和老師就反復向他灌輸：“如果有生人要帶你走、給你東西吃或跟你說話，不要理他。”這樣一些安全教育的結果是，這些“教誨”成了孩子們心中的“處世原則”，在生人面前，他們會本能地失去安全感。但這種現象與“孤獨癥”有本質區別，“孤獨癥”又叫“自閉癥”，多是與生俱來的，發病于兩歲半以內，患兒僅不與人進行交流，不管是父母還是老師都一樣。

　　最后，專家提醒父母：生活中，如果發現孩子有“奇異”表現，仍應先去?？崎T診排出心理疾病的可能性，不要一味認為孩子認生或內向，而貽誤治療的時機。
