女性自閉癥患者大腦解剖近似男性

　　科學家宣稱，自閉癥女孩的大腦更加男性化。
 
　　研究人員說，女性自閉癥磁共振圖像類似于男性。新研究發現自閉癥患者大腦解剖結構存在明顯的性別差異。
 
　　科學家認為，女性自閉癥患者存在神經解剖男性化傾向，說明他們的大腦和男性的特征相似。但是這個現象沒有在男性自閉癥患者中發現。
 
　　他們發現與正常女性相比，女性自閉癥患者的大腦與正常男性的大腦更為接近。
 
　　劍橋大學自閉癥研究中心的研究小組說我們對自閉癥的理解存在男性化偏倚是因為自閉癥在男性中更為常見。
 
　　研究者希望對男性和女性自閉癥都有更多的了解，這對提高自閉癥治愈的機會。
 
　　該研究小組的Simon Baron-Cohen教授說：“我們的研究結果之一顯示女性自閉癥大腦存在神經解剖男性化。這可能涉及驅使性二行性的一些生理機制，例如產前性激素和性相關遺傳學機制。”
 
　　領導這個研究的Meng-Chuan Lai博士說：“這是性別差異的最大的腦成像之一有關自閉癥的研究。女性自閉癥患者長期以來一直被忽視，并被誤解。這個研究表明我們不能盲目的用我們從男性自閉癥患者得來的認知來評價女性患者。這是一個非常重要的多樣性例子。”
