政協委員：幫自閉癥兒童走出“封閉世界”

　　近年來自閉癥兒童發病率在世界各地呈急劇增長趨勢，在我國，從殘疾人普查情況來看，兒童孤獨癥已成為我國精神殘疾首位，對此全國政協委員袁直發表建議，她表示，兒童孤獨癥不僅是兒童心理疾病的問題，更是一個關系到社會與家庭幸福指數的民生問題，建議政府出臺相應的政策和補助措施，由政府、社會、康復機構聯合建立綜合性的幫扶救助體系，采取多種形式扶持民辦康復機構的發展。將自閉癥患者康復訓練及養護納入醫療保障體系，由社會醫療保險、財政等進行專項補助，減輕自閉癥兒童長期訓練的費用壓力，以此幫助更多的自閉癥兒童走出“封閉世界”。
