Asperger綜合征與孤獨癥的不同

Asperger綜合征

1944年Asperger首先報道。

DSM-Ⅲ認為Asperger綜合征是孤獨癥的輕度變異。

DSM-Ⅳ才明確Asperger綜合征是PDD(pervasive development disorder)中的一個亞型。

此病在社會交往障礙及興趣狹窄和刻板活動等與孤獨癥相似，但在社會交往障礙上孤獨癥更明顯。

Asperger綜合征則保留笨拙的社交方式，單方面與人交往，和父母有感情交流，能分享興趣。

重要的鑒別在于Asperger綜合征語言發育正常，只存在交流上的困難，對他人講話而不是與人交流。

在運動技能方面兩者有明顯區別。Asperger綜合征動作笨拙不協調，孤獨癥動作靈活。
