訓練要有三心和二力

  訓練和引導孩子要有"三心""二力",也就是要有"狠心""耐心"和"愛心",要有眼力和腦力.

狠心就是糾正孩子不良習慣和訓練過程中必須堅持科學的方法,不能遷就孩子


      ;耐心不必解釋,但又是最重要的,因為某些行為特征可能會長期伴隨他,教育和訓練也是長期的,而且訓練過程中又面臨孩子不配合,不理解,這就需要有充分的耐心,千萬不能氣餒;


      說到愛心,也許每個家長都說我很愛我的孩子,但怎么去愛?我們如果把孩子與其同齡人比,自問還有多少勇氣去愛,如果我們設想一下孩子的未來,我們又有多少勇氣去面對?


       至于眼力就是觀察力,我們的孩子的缺陷在哪里?有哪些進步;他的喜怒哀樂是何時何地表現出來的,用怎樣的方式,都要求父母細心的觀察,然后再總結,以便于更好的引導和訓練.


     腦力就是要融會貫通,舉一反三,利用一切機會對孩子進行引導和訓練,我們盡可能地多吸取相關的知識,聯系孩子的實際情況,制定詳細的計劃,而且隨時可以教導.
