早產兒語言理解能力滯后

　　早產兒語言理解能力滯后

　　智利科學家最新研究發現，早產兒學會理解話語的時間往往晚于足月出生的嬰兒，這是因為他們在出生時大腦還沒有發育得足夠成熟。

　　智利大學教育研究計劃成員、神經學專家馬塞拉·培尼亞博士研究發現，6個月左右出生的早產兒語言理解能力可能比足月出生的嬰兒落后3個月至4個月。

　　但是，在區分當地語言典型發音發面，早產兒與足月嬰兒基本沒有區別。

　　培尼亞博士說，這表明有些語言能力在大腦發育的早期階段就已形成。他提醒說，早產兒在神經功能沒有發育完全的情況下就面對大量的語言刺激，其認識系統可能會受到負面影響。

　　他還指出，除了語言學習能力可能滯后，早產兒還可能出現注意力不集中等行為問題。
