診斷自閉癥兒童要不要做腦電圖或腦CT？

現代醫學認為，自閉癥是由于小腦異?；蚰X生化等原因造成的，但這只是發病的一部分原因。在對自閉癥作臨床診斷時一般不要求做腦電圖或腦CT，只有特定的、需要研究的對象才做。有如下情況可與家庭商談做進一步診斷事宜：1、被選為實驗者需要跟蹤研究2、孕期服用過藥物，分娩、圍產期出現過異常情況或受過腦部外傷的；3、頭圍不規則，不象正常孩子的腦部發育狀況的；4、自閉癥與克雷白綜合征等幾種發展障礙有交叉、癥狀混合不能確診時。
