聽覺統合治療

一、何為聽覺統合治療？
聽覺統合治療是通過讓患兒聆聽經過特殊儀器調配和過濾的音樂，來矯正患兒聽覺系統對聲音處理失調的現象，并刺激腦部活動，從而改善患兒情緒、行為，并促使患兒的言語等發育的一種治療形式。
 
二、聽覺治療儀由誰發明？
發明人：G.Berard (法國耳鼻喉科醫生)。后來被美國引進，批準為DAA(Digital Auditory Aerobice)。
 
三、聽覺統合治療的范圍
四到十六歲的特殊兒童。
1、孤獨癥（自閉癥）。
2、言語及語言發育障礙。
3、學習障礙（閱讀困難）。
4、精神發育遲滯（弱智）。
5、多動癥。
6、注意缺陷障礙。
7、情緒障礙。
 
四、聽覺統合治療可能的改善狀況
1、對聲音的注意力增加。
2、聽覺理解增強。
3、社會行為改善：目光接觸增多、交流的興趣增加、適當的社會行為增加、對他人存在的感知和對他人的容忍增強。
4、不適當行為減少：發脾氣、沖動、刻板、自我刺激、攻擊等行為減少。
5、獨立生活能力增強。
6、對日常信息記憶增強。
7、計算能力增強。
8、語言：說話聲音增大；說話句子長度增加；刻板語言減少；言語理解能力增強
