“自閉癥”兒童不宜喝牛奶

　　美國福羅里達州大學的醫生羅伯特在對動物做自閉癥以及人格分裂的研究結果中發現，這兩種癥狀可能跟人類對牛奶中的蛋白質無法適當消化吸收有關。

　　當人類無法消化吸收牛奶中的蛋白質時，這些蛋白質就會產生一種含有類似嗎啡的合成物質，而這種物質會傳到腦里與自閉癥或人格分裂有關的部位，使得該部位腦細胞功能不正常。

　　該研究報告顯示，在81位接受研究的自閉癥和人格分裂的兒童中，有95%的兒童的血液及尿液中奶蛋白指數是正常指標的100倍。醫學界已經開始向消化道問題與自閉癥是否有關這方面做深入研究。
