讓殘障兒童開口說話

10月21日，邱新會（左三）在河南漯河聾兒康復中心配合鼓點教學生發音。

　　今年37歲的邱新會，自幼患小兒麻痹癥，經三次手術后左腿落下殘疾。之后，他投身殘疾人教育事業，于1998年創辦了河南省漯河市聾兒康復中心。12年來，邱新會和他的同事們教全國各地的1000多名聾啞兒童、弱智兒童、自閉癥兒童學會了說話和各種生活技能。日前，邱新會被聯合國教科文組織評為“世界英雄教師”。
