對自閉癥兒童進行確診 年齡很重要

　　1、自閉癥起病年齡確定，便于診斷時的識別：

　　按世界大多數疾病分類系統，都將自閉癥起病年齡規定為2.5-3歲以前,越過這個年齡界限起病的患兒就要著重考慮其他的病癥了。

　　如：兒童期精神分裂癥，起病在6-12歲；阿斯頗格綜合癥起病比自閉癥遲，且男孩子比女孩子要多得多。

　　兒童新衰退性精神病起病于2-10歲。

　　不典型自閉癥——不完全符合自閉癥診斷標準，起病于3歲以后，一些軀體疾病并伴有自閉癥表現的“如脆性、綜合癥，結節性硬化等起病常在3歲以后。

　　2、早期發現，早期治療在我國對自閉癥認識尚未普及的狀況下，自閉癥患兒確定起病的年齡是一件不容易的事。尤其我國廣大父母，在無知或警惕性不高的情況下，無法確認自已孩子在什么時候患上自閉癥，因而影響了自閉癥孩子的治療，造成了人生的一大憾事。
