自閉癥病因目前仍然沒有明確的定論

　　那么，造成兒童患自閉癥的原因是什么呢？對此，記者查閱了相關資料了解到，目前該病的致因尚不明確，依然是謎。但解釋該病的成因，較有代表性的觀點有三。社會心理學專家認為，該病的產生是由于家長在情感方面的冷漠和教養過分形式化所造成的。醫學生物學的專家則認為，孕產期危險因素可能不是孤獨癥發病的“直接原因”，但卻是一個遺傳易感因素。而認知神經科學則表示，孤獨癥是由于異常遺傳基因造成他們異常的大腦發展，再導致其異常的大腦結構和功能，最后使得他們表現出相應的認知和行為特征。

　　總之，自閉癥的成因可能是一個極其復雜的過程，而且存在極大的個體間差異。同時，并不排除該病是多種因素綜合作用的結果。
