多吃葉酸能防止寶寶自閉癥

　　《美國醫學會雜志》刊登的研究報告顯示，母親在懷孕開始前4周至懷孕開始后8周服用葉酸補充劑，可以降低孩子患自閉癥的風險。
　　挪威公共衛生研究所的科學家調查了8.5萬多名兒童及其母親孕期服用葉酸的情況。這些兒童出生于2002年至2008年，到2012年3月31日隨訪結束時，他們的年齡在3.3歲至10.2歲之間，平均年齡為6.4歲。
　　隨訪期間，共有114名兒童被診斷出患自閉癥?？茖W家發現，母親在孕前至孕初期服用葉酸，其孩子患自閉癥的風險比母親未服用葉酸的孩子減少近40%。但母親在孕中期服用葉酸，則不會降低孩子患自閉癥的風險。
　　葉酸屬于維生素B類物質，天然存在于綠葉蔬菜內，也可人工合成。它是細胞正常生長、DNA（脫氧核糖核酸）合成及修復所需的重要營養成分。
　　自閉癥是一種嚴重的精神發育障礙，癥狀一般在3歲以前就會表現出來，主要特征是漠視情感、拒絕交流、語言發育遲滯、行為重復刻板、活動和興趣范圍具有顯著局限性等。
　　以上就是準媽媽吃葉酸對寶寶的好處，防止寶寶自閉癥對于每個準媽媽來說都是令人擔心的問題，所以，孕前和孕后前三個月，一定要吃夠葉酸
