科學研究揭秘自閉癥患者超能力原因

　　一些自閉癥患者往往擁有超出常人的記憶力和計算能力。日本研究人員研究發現，這可能和自閉癥患者成長過程中腦內某種蛋白質功能失常有關。

　　早在2007年，日本國立遺傳學研究所的研究人員就曾發現實驗鼠腦內如果缺乏一種名為“Alpha－chimerin”的蛋白質，就會擁有特殊的行走模式。研究人員通過基因操作培養出了特殊的實驗鼠，研究其腦內這種蛋白質出現各種形式的改變后，實驗鼠的行動會出現何種變化。結果發現，如果負責編碼這種蛋白質的基因無法發揮作用，那么實驗鼠活躍程度相當于正常實驗鼠的20倍，成年之后，其學習能力也非常高。不過，如果在實驗鼠成年后才讓這種基因“失靈”，那么實驗鼠學習能力表現為正常水平。

　　由于人腦內也存在這種蛋白質，研究小組在研究這種蛋白質的形成與人格和能力的關系時，發現一些人計算能力非常強，自閉癥的傾向也很明顯，而他們體內編碼這種蛋白質的基因都比較特殊。
