法研究：催情素有助改善成人自閉癥

　　法國科學研究人員今天指出，一種據信促進母親與嬰兒關系的荷爾蒙，也許有助改善部分成人自閉癥患者的社交行為。

　　他們發現，吸入催情素（oxytocin）荷爾蒙的患者，較會注意圖片或臉部的表情，在游戲模擬也較可能了解社交暗示。

　　這項研究由里昂（Lyon）認知神經科學中心（Centre of Cognitive Neuroscience）的西里古（Angela Sirigu）領導，他指出，這種荷爾蒙對罹患自閉癥的成人和兒童來說，可能有治療功效。

　　他在電子郵件中表示：「比如說，診斷罹病后，早期給予催情素治療，也許就能早期改善自閉癥患者的社交障礙?！?/p>

　　西里古表示，研究聚焦催情素的原因是，這種荷爾蒙已知有助婦女透過哺乳與新生兒建立感情，也因為先前研究顯示，部分自閉兒童的催情素含量過低。

　　西里古指出，鑒于催情素能增進與他人的目光接觸，因此有助于智力功能正常、語言能力相當不錯的自閉癥患者。中央社（翻譯）
