自閉癥可以完全自愈嗎

　　兒童自閉癥能自愈嗎？有些自閉癥患兒的家長容易聽信一些偏方，認為兒童自閉癥有自愈的可能性，從而總是拖延不治，在此，專家表示，兒童自閉癥自愈的希望非常渺茫，希望各位患者家長還是盡快端正態度，及時治療。

　　一般說來，自閉癥患兒的預后好壞與發現疾病苗頭早晚、疾病嚴重程度、早期言語發育情況、認知功能、是否伴有其它疾病、是否用藥治療等多種因素有關。

　　在此，專家介紹，確實有一部分的患兒到青春期以后癥狀可有改善，古怪刻板的行為減少，社會交往和適應社會的能力或多或少地提高。但仍表現為與人交往困難，獨來獨往，回避他人。在不涉及社交能力時，可做某些簡單、機械的事情。

　　治療兒童自閉癥也不能輕言治愈，主要以逐步融入社會為漸愈標志。對于不同的患兒要視具體情況而定。
