給自閉癥孩子做訓練我們可怎樣做

　　家庭治療自閉癥要掌握以下幾個原則：

　　1、有條件的獎勵：家長必須能夠注意及時獎勵孩子所表現出來的技能和為此所做出的努力，同時要必避免無意獎勵不當行為。

　　2、使用簡短清晰的指令：當家長與孩子交往提出問題時，首先要確定孩子是在注意自己，然后對他發出簡短清晰的指令。

　　3、運用自然獎勵物：也就是使孩子的行為在行為的自然后果中得到獎勵。

　　4、獎勵孩子的合理努力：在訓練初期，孩子往往不能達到家長的指標，即使孩子有一定進步，他們的技能也存在這樣那樣的缺陷，為了保持孩子的學習興趣，并漸進的達到目標，家長要注意不斷獎勵孩子的合理努力。
