家長要怎樣投入自閉癥的訓練

　　1.想盡辦法讓孩子開口說話。

　　自閉癥兒童不會和人交流，他想要家長做什么事情，都是拉著家長上前指向這個東西，或通過哭鬧、打滾，甚至自傷等行為去表達愿望和要求，從不開口說話。比如，孩子想喝水了，他會拉著家長到飲水機旁。如果不等開口就滿足他，他會更封閉。所以，這時哪怕是一個"喝"字，家長也要等孩子說出口，再滿足他。

　　2.教孩子和他人互動。

　　自閉癥孩子想要別人什么東西時，常常用"搶"的方式，家長可以和他做一些"交換"互動，讓他學會"等待"。比如，他想要什么東西馬上就要得到，否則就哭鬧、打滾。家長不要急著拉他，不妨漠視地離開，通常自閉癥的孩子都會站起來跟著走了。家長一看他爬起來不哭，可以趕緊抱著他說："媽媽喜歡不哭的孩子"，下次他就不哭了。通過這種方式，幫他建立良好行為、消除不良行為。
