日本研究發現催產素有助于治療自閉癥

　　國際在線消息：據日本放送協會（NHK）19日報道，東京大學的最新研究表明，為自閉癥患者的鼻腔噴射催產素，有助于改善患者的交流能力。

　　研究人員給40名年齡在20歲－40歲的男性自閉癥患者的鼻腔噴射催產素，然后讓他們做識別他人臉部表情的測試，相對于對照組，他們的成績高出6％。

　　對此，東京大學的山末英典副教授說，今后將進行更深入的研究，并希望研究成果對治療自閉癥的藥物研發能有所幫助。

　　催產素是一種哺乳動物激素，男女都會分泌。在女性體內主要起到刺激乳汁分泌等作用。在以前的研究中就曾發現，催產素對健康男性能起到增強對他人信任的作用。
