日本研究發現后葉催產素可改善自閉癥癥狀

　　新華網東京９月５日電（記者藍建中）日本東京大學一個研究小組在新一期英國學術刊物《腦》上報告說，通過臨床研究發現，后葉催產素能夠改善成年男性自閉癥患者的癥狀。這將有助于開發出治療自閉癥的新方法。

　　后葉催產素是由腦下垂體分泌的一種激素，女性體內分泌較多，在分娩和哺乳等情況下會大量分泌，但是男性體內也存在這種激素。它能抑制一些焦慮情緒，使人們樂于參與社會活動。

　　本次研究的對象是２０名２０至４９歲的男性自閉癥譜系障礙患者。自閉癥譜系障礙是對多種自閉癥的總稱，其特點包括異常的語言能力、異常的交往能力、狹窄的興趣以及固執的行為模式等。研究人員利用噴霧器向一部分患者鼻腔噴灑后葉催產素，每天兩次，持續６周時間。同時，向另一部分患者噴灑安慰劑用以比較。

　　結果發現，使用后葉催產素噴霧后，這些自閉癥患者變得愛與身邊的人說話，或是出現了羞怯感等反應，癥狀得到了改善。研究小組還利用磁共振成像技術觀察了患者大腦的活動，發現噴霧后大腦內負責與他人交流的部分也變得活躍起來。研究中沒有發現副作用等有害癥狀。

　　研究小組帶頭人、東京大學副教授山末英典說，今后還將探索后葉催產素對女性和兒童自閉癥患者的安全性和有效性，爭取開發出實用的新型自閉癥藥物
