如何與自閉癥學生溝通

在班上，有一位具自閉癥傾向的學生，具理解能力，語言表達困難，筆者與他相處一學期，發現采取下面兩種方式，其效果不錯，在此，愿提供與大家分享。
壹、示范、解說：
透過示范解說，學生能夠理解我們所說的話，根據筆者的經驗，第一次示范時，學生最好坐在老師的前面。其次，協助學生完成第一次的作業，接著取后向連鎖方式﹙after-chain﹚，將所有的步驟交由學生完成。
貳、立即增強：
當學生完成一件工作或作業時，立即給予他最喜歡的東西，例如：吃果凍，或玩最喜歡的東西。如此一來，可保學習經驗和學習興趣，一舉數得。﹡
你知書達禮，我就禮尚往來
你當百變金鋼，我就扮千面女郎
你若大搞「無理頭」，
我就不按牌理出牌
