孤獨癥與語言發育障礙有什么不同？

　　語言障礙兒童的狀況與孤獨癥兒童不同，前者在感知反應上不會有異常，在與人與物相處的方式上也是正常的。他們能夠模仿別人，用手勢來表達抽象的內容（與聽障兒童相似），雖然有時會有較少的“鸚鵡式”對話。在參與想象性游戲和小組活動方面與正常兒童同樣有興趣。 　　孤獨癥兒童自身的語言障礙特點在〖孤獨癥與聽障〗中已有敘述。除此之外，他們在集體性活動和游戲中表現出明顯地不適應（不介入），更無法參與想象性游戲。對于游戲的規則完全忽視或不理解，對游戲的結果（是否贏了）不在意，常常首先對小組性活動和游戲不感興趣。當其他兒童專注于游戲之中時，他們往往游離于游戲外。
