自閉兒童早期先兆

    自閉早期先兆：一些孩子3－4個月的時候就不容易笑或對外界逗引沒有笑的反應。不認識父母。
 
    6－7個月時，對玩具不感興趣，別人要抱他時，不伸出手臂。舉高時身體僵硬或松弛無力，不喜歡將頭依偎在成人身上，沒有喃喃自語。
 
    10－12個月時，對周圍環境缺乏興趣，獨處時呈滿足狀。長時間哭叫，行為刻板（搖晃身體、敲打物品等）。拿著玩具不會玩，只是重復某一固定動作。與母親缺乏目光對視。對聲音刺激缺乏反應（像耳聾），不用手指人或物品，不模仿動作，語言發育遲緩。
 
    21－24個月時，睡覺不穩，有時甚至通宵不眠。不嚼東西，只吃流食或粥樣食物。喜歡看固定不變的東西，有刻板的手部動作（如：旋轉、翻動、敲打、抓撓等）。肌肉松弛，常摔倒。缺乏目光對視，看人時只是一掃而過即轉移別處。沒有好奇感，對環境的變化感到不安或害怕?？赡艹霈F學舌，對詞語理解遲緩。
 
    在不同的時期，有可能患自閉癥的孩子會有不同的癥狀表現，家長一定要留心觀察，一旦發現，就要盡快帶孩子去醫院檢查。
