有關孩子尿褲子的問題

問：我兒典型的孤獨癥，智力低下。95年生，臨近青春期。最近喜揉搓自己的小雞雞，被制止后他改變方式，一個典型的表現：真的有尿則自己知道到衛生間撒尿；不是真的有尿，哪怕就幾滴，也去衛生間撒尿，又被制止后，他的褲子上、床上、地上、椅子上就到處是他的“幾滴尿”！我們給他的換洗速度跟不上他的撒尿頻率。
實在不知道該怎么辦！請教專家和有經驗的家長給予指導！

答：
尿頻應先排除生理上的疾病再做有計劃的干預。一方面尿濕褲子暫時不換，讓他濕一會，如果他能理解語言有要求換褲子時，先給他提要求，然后再給他換褲子。另一方面要給孩子找事做，孩子整天無事事，問題行為出現的頻率就會增多，再者要不斷強化孩子好的行為。
