自閉癥可能和大腦發育時期的連接錯誤有關

　　《自然神經科學》報道，兒童自閉癥是由于兒童在其大腦發育時期發生的連接錯誤造成的，以至于大腦在信息處理時對某些信息流產生阻隔現象。美國研究人員發現，患有結節性硬化綜合征的人(TSC)由于其大腦腫瘤的壓迫，會出現類似于自閉癥的癲癇發作、智能障礙等癥狀。這些患者往往發生基因突變，從而阻止了大腦神經纖維的生長，神經纖維無法把某些信息準確地傳遞到大腦相應的處理中樞進行信息處理。而患有自閉癥的兒童正是某些處理社交信息的大腦神經沒有發育完全和連接錯誤，或無法讓大腦接受和處理這方面的信息，或接受到過多未經過濾的信息。專家指出，治療兒童自閉癥要糾正大腦錯誤連接的分子化通道著手。
