自閉癥患者親弟妹患病風險高

　　據新華社電 一項最新國際研究顯示，自閉癥患者的弟弟、妹妹罹患這種精神發育障礙的風險可以高達19%，遠高于早先推測的3%至10%。

　　這項研究共包含664名胞兄或胞姐患有孤獨癥的研究對象，納入研究時，研究對象的平均年齡為8個月，其中三分之二在未滿6個月大時即參與。這些嬰兒成長到36個月時，約有19%患自閉癥，其中男童占80%。研究還顯示，如果家中不止一位胞兄或胞姐患有自閉癥，那么較年幼的孩子得自閉癥的風險會提高到32%以上。

　　自閉癥，是一種嚴重的精神發育障礙，其癥狀一般在3歲以前就會表現出來，主要特征是漠視情感、拒絕交流、語言發育遲滯、行為重復刻板以及活動和興趣范圍的顯著局限性等。目前全球約有7000萬名患者，其中男孩的比例是女孩的4倍。
