培養自閉癥注意力的原則有哪些

　　培養寶寶的專注力，家長們需遵守3個原則：

　　1. 尊重寶寶的游戲時間。不要輕易去干擾或打斷孩子的游戲，讓他有機會及時間去培養專心的態度。如果有事情，必須打斷，那就以提前預告的方式，讓孩子知道即將進行的事項。

　　2. 良好的生活、游戲環境。過分嘈雜的環境(如電視聲)、或是干擾物過多時(玩具過多)，孩子都無法專注于身邊的事物。因此，安排良好的環境，才能讓孩子能免受外力干擾而分心。實驗證明：有寧靜感的室內陳設，播放古典輕音樂的環境，最能使寶寶專注。

　　3. 以興趣培養注意力。興趣是產生和保持注意力的主要條件。寶寶對事物的興趣越濃，其穩定、集中的注意力越容易形成。
