自閉癥兒童會有心理障礙嗎？

　　雖然該自閉癥并非是純心理障礙疾病，但并不能忽視自閉癥兒童的心理障礙，與此相反，在與自閉癥兒童接觸或對他們進行干預訓練時，必須考慮到他們的心理特點。自閉癥兒童由于其社會交往能力非常弱，很難與周圍的人發生正常的溝通行為，這就會使他產生心理結構異常，發生自閉癥患者所特有的心理障礙。換句話說：就象盲人、聾人、肢體殘障者會由于他們自身的障礙產生心理壓力一樣，自閉癥患兒在成長過程中，也會由于他們的自閉癥障礙產生心理上的發育偏差和異常。最常見的現象就是：在與他人的交往當中表現出愈來愈退縮的結果，如：玩弄自己身體的某一部分，依戀某件物品或某項單一的活動；在必須與人對話時移開目光或跑開；看似莫名其妙的哭鬧或笑；傷害自己的身體或攻擊他人等。
