自閉癥的臨床觀察

1. 面診(面談)時, 孩子是否和您有視覺接觸？
2. 引起孩子的注意, 然后指向室內另一邊某件有興趣的東西, 說"看!那邊有一個(物品名稱)". 注意看孩子的臉部, 看他是否會看您所指的東西？
3. 引起孩子的注意, 然后給他(她)一件小玩具杯和茶壺 (水壺和杯子), 并且說"您能倒一杯茶嗎?" (果汁). 觀察孩子是否會做出假裝倒茶, 喝茶(果枝, 喝果汁) 等行為？
4. 對孩子說 "燈在那里?" 或"指出燈在那里?". 觀察孩子是否會用他(她)的食指指向燈？
5. 觀察孩子是否能用積木迭一個高塔 (如果能, 記下積木的數目)
　　2, 3, 4三項是主要的自閉癥特征
　　第二項行為要通過, 孩子必須不僅是看您的手, 而且必須要看您所指的東西。
　　第三項假裝行為不限上述的例子, 只要孩子有任何其它假裝的行為就算具有此項行為。
　　第四項不限上述的例子, 如可用"泰迪熊在那里?" "凱蒂貓在那里?" 等只要是孩子無法用手觸到的東西皆可. 要通過此項行為, 孩子必須在指向東西的時候看著您。
