如何減低自閉癥兒童的自我刺激行為？

自閉癥兒童很多時都有一些重復性的行為，例如自轉、看手、觸摸墻上的特定位置…等等，這些行為很多時都被稱為“自我刺激”行為。兒童進行這些行為背后的原因可能是自閉癥人仕的特殊喜好?？赡苁?a href="/Fangfa/SIT/" class="innerlink">感覺統合失調的一種表征，就是神經系統對感覺訊息的印記較弱或把感覺訊息壓抑過多，以致經常進行自我刺激行為以獲得更多感覺訊息。也可能是在空閑時間或沒有動機進行活動時，兒童便選擇進行這些他們較喜歡的行為了，久而久之會變成習慣的。要減少這些行為，確定背后的原因是很重要的，不同原因所須要的處理方法或治療是不同的。當家長發現兒童有自我刺激行為可致電協康會青蔥服務尋找專業人仕的協助。
