兒子一些行為不像是孤獨癥（如他不刻板），怎么解釋？

　　問：我兒子在1周10的時候到福建省立醫院兒科神經科醫生診斷為孤獨癥，現也在做ABA等訓練，其基本的癥狀也跟孤獨癥基本符合，但是孤獨癥中有一項是刻板、重復或儀式性行為，但我兒子怎么感覺都不會有刻板的動作（比如坐搖搖車的時候他是花樣百出，即會倒著坐，也會倒車等等，看到新的玩具非常開心，一定要去玩一下，給他一輛自行車，他馬上就知道爬上去騎著去玩，還會載東西到處跑），像這些癥狀能不能給予解釋一下，是否屬于孤獨癥的范疇。

　　答：患有孤獨癥的兒童程度不一,且所顯現出來的癥狀也不盡相同.我們所關心的是,對于目前孩子的缺陷行為部分,能夠給予及時科學有效的干預和幫助,使他們能夠盡快提高或發展自己各方面的能力,以逐步達到自理,自立.
