寶寶摳鼻惹麻煩

    4歲的點點，近半年來經常出現不明原因的鼻出血，媽媽以為是點點的“沙鼻子”在作怪，也就沒有太再意。直到這兩天，點點鼻子出血不止，用衛生棉怎么都塞不住，媽媽才慌了神，趕緊帶著點點到省婦幼醫院。耳鼻喉科湯德政副主任醫師見點點面色蒼白，建議查查血，結果顯示中度貧血，需要住院治療，這讓點點媽媽后悔不迭。

    鼻子是人體最脆弱，也最容易出血的部位，寶寶的鼻子尤其如此，有時輕微的外傷也可引起大出血。引起寶寶鼻出血的原因很復雜，80％以上都是“黎氏區”（雙側鼻唇溝至下頦部）出血，常常是寶寶用手摳出來的。血小板減少、凝血機制下降等血液病、風濕性心臟病、維生素C、K缺乏也都會引起寶寶鼻子出血。一旦沒有及時治療，長期出血會使寶寶的面色失去紅潤，引起貧血，甚至帶來更為嚴重的后果。


    寶寶鼻出血的緊急處理


    立即采用“指壓法”止血。用手指壓迫兩側鼻翼及上方軟骨組織，使兩側鼻翼緊貼鼻中膈，壓5－10分鐘后輕輕放開，此時出血大多可以止住。家中如有麻黃素、腎上腺素，可以滴在消毒棉球上塞入鼻腔，再用手指加壓，止血效果會更好。用涼水輕拍孩子的后頸窩、額頭，或用冰塊濕敷，也有一定止血效果。如果出血仍然不止，應迅速到醫院就診。
