頭大的男孩更易患自閉癥？

　　都說“頭大的孩子聰明”，可你知道頭大的男孩更容易內向嗎？近日，英國《每日郵報》刊登了這一報道?？茖W家發現，腦袋比同齡人大的男孩，患有自閉癥，表現內向的可能更大。但是女孩并沒有這個規律。

　　加州大學的研究人員，應用磁共振成像(MRI)掃描評估了180名兒童的大腦。這些兒童年齡在2歲—4歲，其中有61名有自閉癥。這種自閉癥在孩子長到18—24個月時會變得明顯，影響孩子的語言能力和社交激情。在這項同類最大的研究中，科學家發現，患有自閉癥的男孩，其大腦體積比普通孩子大6%。然而，該研究中患有自閉癥的女孩，其大腦體積和同齡人沒有差別。這一結果顯示，該發現有年齡特異性。
