在輔助下完成動作之后還要給予獎勵嗎？

　　在康復訓練過程中，孩子的動作常常是在訓練者的輔助下才能完成，有時甚至需要手把手地教，而且是一遍又一遍，那么還要給予獎勵嗎？
　　這個問題的提出，是因為許多家長在訓練中遇到此類情況時，就失去了獎勵孩子的心情?？傆X得：“這個動作是我幫他完成的”；“這么大的孩子了，連這么簡單的動作也要人幫”。在這種心境中，常常忘記對孩子進行獎勵。
　　如前所述，輔助是一種“附加”的刺激，是整個行為訓練過程中的一個環節，是為了幫助孩子做出“正確反應”，獲得“獎勵”的機會，達到“強化”的效果。如果在輔助孩子完成之后，不及時給予獎勵（夸獎性的語言、表憎、動作或食物），整個過程就無法進行下去。達不到強化的效果，輔助也就失去了意義，甚至會異化成為“代勞”。
