改善兒童不良行為的第一步瞄準目標

    在你著手改變孩子的行為之前，必須首先想清楚你究竟想糾正孩子的哪些行為。簡單地給孩子下定義，說他們“討厭”、“粗野”、“固執”或“不聽話”是沒有用的，因為這些說法太空泛，你無法改變如此抽象的行為。因此，你必須具體、理智地分析和找出孩子存在的問題?！?BR>　
    孩子究竟做了哪些事或不做哪些事使你感到不滿意？你到底希望他能多做什么或少做什么？你可以把孩子做過的有始無終的事情一件一件地列出來，如：從不把玩具放好等等。你不能對付抽象的“有始無終”，但你可以想辦法糾正他一些具體的毛病?！?BR>　
    準備一張紙，在左邊寫上“少做”，在右邊寫上“多做”。把你希望孩子能逐漸改掉的行為和習慣寫在左邊，在右邊一一對應地寫出同左欄相反的行為，也就是你希望他能多做的事情，也就是你要和他一起努力的目標。例如：　
　
少做                   多做　
頂嘴                   講話有禮貌　
賴著不動或回嘴          立即按要求去做　
把房間弄得亂七八糟      把衣服放在洗衣盆里
