專注力不足的特征

我在“孩子真的有過動癥嗎”一文中，介紹過過動癥孩子會有的特征。這一篇文章中我想把專注力不足 ADD﹙Attention-Deficit Disorder﹚的征狀做個介紹。這里，我還是希望大家能記住專注力不足孩童和過動癥孩童不同的最大特征是︰過動癥孩子一定伴隨有專注力問題，但專注力不足孩童不一定會過動?；蛟S看完這篇文章后，大家能將兩者做個比較。那么在指導自己孩子時，能更有效的“對癥下藥”。

專注力不足的孩童有哪些特征呢？

    * 無法集中精神

    * 睡眠不足

    * 要他做的事總是做不完。

    * 愛做白日夢

    * 記憶力不好

    * 社交能力不好

    * 有的會很愛哭

    * 易怒
