俯臥位抬頭訓練

1、患兒用前臂支撐身體。

2、訓練人員位于患兒頭部前方，用顏色鮮艷、可發光或發聲的玩具吸引患兒，同時對患兒說“抬頭、抬頭”。

3、若患兒不主動抬頭，訓練人員可用手指叩擊患兒頸后，誘導其抬頭。

4、患兒俯臥在楔型墊或枕頭上，把較高的一側墊在胸下。

5、患兒雙腿伸直，雙手前伸。

6、將玩具放在患兒頭部前方或上方，鼓勵患兒抬頭看玩具，并伸手抓玩具。
