RDI 的生活方式和訓練原則

　　1．  簡化生活，注重重要但不緊急的事，注重有趣的活動。

　　2．  觀察孩子的生活，逐漸砍掉那些與他的回復（rdi的訓練目標）相沖突的事

　　3．  把自己定位為輔助者而不是教育者，設立活動給孩子自己在生活中學習提供機會，不要用直接的提示。

　　4．  給自己的日常生活活動更多的時間（散步，打掃。。。）讓孩子加入到這些行為中，嘗試把這些活動變成訓練，變成小小的試驗。讓孩子無時無刻都有學習的機會。

　　5．  放緩行動，少說話。讓行動和語言更少但是更有針對性。每次強調一種交流的方式。交流的目的是分享，邀請，思考，和強調。交流的內容是簡單的發現，評價，評估，分析，回憶，預測，決定和計劃。

　　6．  先想后說

　　7．  留出制作回憶和及時復習他們的時間。

　　8．  減少孩子的壓力，讓孩子有更多的時間去思考，探索，去學習動態智慧。

　　10.   無為而治
