解決不良行為的方法——白天問題二

坐不住　

　　學會安靜地坐著對小孩子來說是最難的一課。即使只讓他坐上幾分鐘都會感到很難熬。小孩子必須能夠理解父母所說的“好好坐著”究竟是什么意思，而父母也不能對孩子的要求太高。但是即使是年齡很小的孩子也可以通過訓練學會在飯桌前、候診室及其他場合坐上很長的時間?！?BR>　
    下面介紹一些訓練孩子學會安靜等待的方法?！?BR>　
    ●打拍子的訓練法。如果你的孩子1歲左右，你把他放在椅子上坐好，告訴他你要看他能否在你數數時安靜地坐著。你用手比劃著數到5，然后你為孩子能好好地坐著鼓掌，并抱抱他，讓他在地上跑一會在繼續練習。這一次，你可以數到10或更多一些，并再次鼓掌和擁抱。這樣就可以逐漸延長孩子訓練時坐著的時間，而你的興高采烈則可以使孩子感到成功的快樂?！?BR>　
    ●“我是木頭人”游戲。和孩子面對面坐好，讓孩子把手放在膝蓋上，孩子當然可以呼吸，但他必須像木頭人那樣一動不動，甚至動動手指、聳聳鼻子也不行。練習之后，孩子可以保持1分鐘不動，有些孩子甚至可以堅持5分鐘或更長時間。每隔幾天做一次這個游戲，它可以鍛煉孩子的自我控制能力。一定要表揚孩子的每一微小的進步?！?/FONT>
