日本發現自閉癥患者新特征：更重視談話內容

　　日本一個研究小組的實驗顯示，自閉癥患者在判斷交際對象態度是否友好時，更重視談話內容。而正常人在交際時更注重表情、聲音等外在信息。

　　自閉癥又稱孤獨癥或孤獨性障礙等，主要特征包括社會交往障礙、交流障礙、興趣狹窄和刻板重復等。

　　東京大學副教授山末英典領導的研究小組介紹說，他們在實驗中讓15名沒有智力障礙的成年男性自閉癥患者觀看不同畫面，畫面中的男演員分別以燦爛笑臉說出“太糟糕了”等否定性詞匯、用厭惡的表情和聲調說“太棒了”等肯定性詞匯。研究人員隨后詢問這些患者，覺得男演員態度是友好還是不友好。

　　結果發現，相對于表情和聲音，這些自閉癥患者更傾向于根據交際對象的詞匯內容來判斷對方是否友好。研究小組對沒有自閉癥的17名健康男性進行同樣的實驗后發現結果正好相反，這些健康男性更重視交際對象的表情。

　　研究小組已在新一期網絡科學刊物《公共科學圖書館綜合卷》上發表報告。他們認為，進一步研究這些新發現將有助于對自閉癥的診斷和治療?！?記者藍建中)
