[摘 要] 目的：探尋治療孤獨癥的有效療法。方法：將60例孤獨癥患兒隨機分為電針行為療法組(30例)和行為療法組(30例)。兩組均進行常規行為療法，電針行為療法組在此基礎上穴取百會、四神聰、神庭、本神、印堂、腦戶、腦空、內關及頭針語言一區、語言二區、語言三區進行電針。觀察兩組療效及治療前后分別進行圖片詞匯量表(PPVT)、孤獨癥行為能力的測試。結果：電針行為療法組總有效率為86.7%，優于行為療法組的56.7%(P0.05)。結論：電針行為療法組可以明顯改善孤獨癥的臨床癥狀，但對智能改善不明顯。

Effects of electroacupuncture combined with behavior therapy on intelligence and behavior of children of autismWANG Chun-nan1, LIU Yan2, WEI Xiao-hong1, LI Li-xia (1.Rehabilitation Section, Shenyang City Hospital of Children, Liaoning 110032, China; 2.Shenyang City Health Center for Women and Children)ABSTRACT Objective To find out an effective therapy for autism. Methods Sixty children of autism were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture (EA) plus behavior therapy group and a behavior therapy group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with routine behavior, with EA at Baihui (GV 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Shenting (GV 24), Benshen (GB 13), Yintang (EX-HN 3), Naohu (GV 17), Naokong (GB 19), Neiguan (PC 6) and scalp acupuncture at Speech Areas Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ added for the EA plus behavior therapy group. Their therapeutic effects were observed, and the picture and vocabulary scale (PPVT) and behavior ability were detected. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the EA plus behavior therapy group which was better than 56.7% of the behavior therapy group, and had significant enhancement in sensation, association, body, and ability of self-care (P0.05). Conclusion EA combined with behavior therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms of autism, but does not improve intelligence.
2.2 行為療法組
只進行行為療法治療，療法、療程同電針行為療法組。
2.3 觀察指標
(1)采用楊曉玲[1]修訂的《孤獨癥行為檢查表》(ABC)評定孤獨癥行為。該量表為孤獨癥癥狀篩查工具，由家長填寫完成，包括感覺、交往、軀體運動、語言、生活自理5個因子組成。ABC總分[2]評定智商。該量表是一種非言語性量表，適用于2.5～8.5歲兒童，共有120幅圖片，每幅圖片又有4張不同的圖及相匹配的詞。檢查時主試者要求被試者指出其中一個詞所相應的圖畫，按其完成圖詞數量的累積正確數，根據具體的年齡算出智商。此表不需要口語表達，對孤獨癥兒童或伴有語言障礙的且年齡偏小的兒童較為適用。PPVT邊緣智力84～70分，輕度智力低下69～50分
