談談易子而教

這四個字「易子而教」是我先生家的五嫂告訴我的，她曾任教臺北市某國小的特教班，對特教很有心得。

彩虹回臺灣時，五嬸嬸會帶著彩虹到附近的國小操場玩蹺蹺板、玩揀樹葉等；我發現雖然彩虹才剛與嬸嬸相處，但是他們可以在很短的時間內產生很大的互動，而且彩虹很容易就會記住嬸嬸教了他什么。

五嫂告訴我這個「易子而教」的概念，回到美國后，為彩虹請了一位尚在大學念特殊教育的女學生，每星期兩次、一次一小時，來家里陪彩虹玩、看電視、玩計算機。彩虹很高興家里多了一個陪他玩的姐姐，因此在玩樂中學習的特別快。原來一直教不好彩虹控制計算機的鼠標，姐姐陪著玩了幾次，很快就學會如何控制鼠標，而且了解 “上下左右”的意思。

我想，這也算是「易子而教」吧？！希望彩虹媽媽的這點小心得，能夠給你帶來一些什么樣的靈感。
